Education and Work Experience:

1985--present: School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Nanchang University, Professor, Engaged in teaching and research work

1981.09~1985.07: Department of Chemistry, Jiangxi University, majoring in Analytical Chemistry, Bachelor's degree

1988.09~1991.01: Department of Chemistry, Jiangxi University, majoring in Analytical Chemistry, Master's degree

2001.09~2004.06: College of Food Science and Technology, Nanchang University, majoring in Food Science, PhD

Teaching:

I have undertaken undergraduate courses such as Analytical Chemistry, Instrumental Analysis, College Chemistry, Food Analysis and Practical Analytical Techniques, as well as postgraduate courses such as Modern Instrumental Analysis Experiment and Introduction to Food Safety. I have guided undergraduate scientific research training and graduation thesis, and achieved good teaching results.

Research fields:

I have been mainly engaged in the research work on the identification of contaminants in food, the development and safety assessment of food functional factors, the precise delivery of drugs and the screening of biomarkers. I have undertaken more than 30 projects of National Science and Technology Support Plan, National Key Research and Development Project, National Natural Science Foundation and provincial and ministerial projects. A series of new technologies for the identification of contaminants in food have been developed, the toxic effects of some substances in organisms have been explored, and some specific biomarkers have been screened. I have published more than 170 research papers in journals such as ACS Nano, Advanced Healthcare Materials, Food Chemistry, and Journal of Chromatography A. I have compiled 4 monographs and textbooks.

Research projects:

I have presided over 30 national and provincial research projects.

1. Mechanism of toxicity of endogenous hazards and metabolites in food and drug dual-use substances, National Key Research and Development Project (No: 2019YFC1604904), 2019.12~2022.12, 2.7 million yuan, hosted.

2. Study on the changes and safety of typical emulsifiers and stabilizers in the processing and storage of dairy products, National Key Research and Development Project (No: 2018YFC1604306), 2018.12-2021.12,1 million yuan, hosted.

3. A new technique for highly sensitive and rapid analysis of plant growth regulator residues in food based on immune response, National Natural Science Foundation of China (No: 31660483), 2017.01~2020.12, 400,000 yuan, hosted.

4. Research on specificity of tyrosine and its metabolites in urine of breast cancer rats, National Natural Science Foundation of China (No: 21465017), 2015.01~2018.12, 500,000 yuan, hosted.

5. Research and demonstration of the safety warning technology system for important pollutants in food based on the internet of things, National Science and Technology Support Program (No: 2012BAK17B02), 2012.01~2014.12, 4.07 million yuan, hosted.

Awards and Honors:

Received the second prize of Natural Science of Jiangxi Province, and the second prize of Science and Technology Progress of China Light Industry Federation.
