1985.07-- present: School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Nanchang University, engaged in teaching and scientific research.

Teaching：

Teaching Chemical engineering drawing courses. Guiding comprehensive and professional experiments, etc. Guiding undergraduate thesis. Coaching entrepreneurship and innovation training.

Research fields:

Mainly engaged in the research of polymer in organic chemistry,participated in 3 national fund projects, presided over or participated in 4 provincial projects, and published more than 30 papers.

1.Study on organosilicon surfactants for pesticide auxiliaries,Natural Science Foundation of Jiangxi Province,ranked second.

2.Pharmaceutical intermediate——study on synthesis of high efficiency organosilicon steric protection agent,Natural Science Foundation of Jiangxi Province,ranked second.
